mrmonkeybottomsWell, here we are on another Xmas Eve. This year we decided to relax at home instead of running around to visit. Screw you, relatives! We'll see you tomorrow instead! GOD!
It worked out really nicely too. We ordered chinese food for supper. When the delivery guy left B2 asked us, "Do you think he thought we were Jewish cause we're ordering food tonight?" We all looked at her in astonishment and I pointed to our Christmas tree and decorations that covered every inch of the living room. Yeah. We look Jewish.

As you can see I really wanted to make this year feel Christmas-y and decorated the crap out of the living room, including THE CEILING.
It's a friggin' winter wonderland!!
I went mental this year and cut like, a million billion snowflakes. I researched on the internet. I experimented. I bought spray glue and glitter. And I LOVE how it turned out. Nerd alert. Level nine. Honestly, it's all the fault of Will Ferrell and his movie Elf. He decorated, like, everything and it looked so fun that I was inspired to also act like an insane adult elf that goes to search for his real father. Well, except for searching for my father. I know where he is.
Even the animals got in on the action:

I'm trying to keep DW my main journal, but still keeping up with people at LJ... My biggest problem is that most of the communities I'm interested in live on LJ, and don't seem to have equivalents here...
